ACHIEVEMENTS
INTERCULTURAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
I received the Advanced Certificate for the Intercultural Development Programme (ICD) offered by UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
Through workshops and independent study, I covered subjects such as:
-
Conflict Management
-
Intercultural Competence Development
-
Cross-Cultural Communication
-
Working in Virtual & Hybrid Teams.
The ICD programme has strengthened my ability to successfully manage intercultural relationships in a globalized environment and improved my knowledge to create a more inclusive and empathetic working atmosphere.
GLOBAL LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME
Smurfit’s Global Leadership Programme is a prestigious opportunity to engage in a diverse range of co-curricular personal development activities to develop personal transformational leadership skills for a global environment.
The pillars of GLP are Student Leadership, Workplace Skills, and Career Planning. To complete my GLP certificate, I participated in all three pillars, documenting my direct impact and reflecting on my experience.
One notable project I worked on for the Student Leadership pillar was my role as school representative for ENACTUS, establishing an international cooperation with the FoundersClub Freiburg and launching a first networking workshop. This achieved a better connection between the students and higher follower numbers and interactions for both social media communities.
DALF C2 FRENCH-LANGUAGE CERTIFICATE
In 11th grade before my graduation, I took the test to get certified as a professional French language speaker and communicator, reaching the highest level, the DALF (Diplôme approfondi de langue française) CERF Niveau C2.

Salsa Show Team
During my free time, I enjoy dancing. When I was a child, I started with ballet, continued with ballroom dancing at an intermediate level, and since 2018 I have been in the Salsa Show Team "Comando Especial" of Europe’s largest dancing school. Together we have performances on stage at the Eurodance festival in front of more than a thousand people and went to several competitions. In 2018 and 2023, we were German vice-champions.

Horse Riding
I started riding horses when I was 7-8 years old, initially on heavy warmblood breeds but I quickly discovered my love for the much smaller Iceland horses, which I could also tuck up myself with my small height. Riding has taught me to become self-confident, determined, and assertive and to take responsibility for my part-time horse. I have completed several trainings and certificates and am looking forward to completing my trainer`s license soon.

Traveling the World
My first international contacts were family vacations abroad and student exchanges to France. After 10th grade, I spent a year in the USA at High School. During my Bachelor’s degree, I picked up on living abroad for my thesis in Denmark and most recently for my Master's degree in Ireland. In my free time and on vacation I love exploring the world and different cultures and trying the typical food of the country. Check the map below for places I have been to.
Countries I've visited
I have been to Austria, Canada, Costa Rica, Croatia, Denmark, Dubai, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Seychelles, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States (including Hawaii).
Next on my list is Singapur!
